I ,fervently hope the dignity of the post commander will be maintained by the present Army commander in spite of the fact that he hs been elevated to the position over 13 senior officers. He was a colonel in 2005 and it was the General who promoted him to a brigadier. So much for his gratitude and shocked at his sevitude

Be well prepared. As a last resort, Mahinda will get all his military henchmen and others who have been kept as heads of all the important places will sabotage or do something so that General Fonseka will not be able lead the country. We can expect atleast a military government this military junta of Mahinda so that all the corruptions of the present President, his brothers and the Ministers can be put under the carpet. The first step of General FOnseka winning is very easy but the second step of becoming the President is extremely difficult unless all the law-abiding citizens go to the streets.

This man is under a disciplinary enquiry and yet he was appointed the Army Commander. Just reflects the calibre of people we have at the top. Now he is engaging in Politics contravening election laws. MR does nothing about it as it is to his advantage. This culture can be stopped only if MR is thrown out of office.

How we can save the democracy ... Army Commander, Head of CID, IGP and all defense sectors are being used for election as against opposition. This should be changed as soon as possible. Otherwise International community will take action against government regarding human rights. Those would be good evidence for them.
