Constable injured in shooting

A police constable has been injured in a shooting carried out targeting a police pose in Opatha area at Minuwangoda say reports.

A person who had come in a motorbike had carried out the shooting when the police pose went to raid an illicit liquor den at Opatha yesterday (18th).

The police constable injured in the attack has been admitted to Gampaha Hospital.
