Black listed company imported substandard diesel – Susil Premajayanthe

Minister of Petroleum Industries Susil Premajayantha states that the substandard diesel was imported by a black listed company and the import was approved by the former Chairman of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.

According to Minister Susil Premajayanthe former CPC Chairman had given the license to the blacklisted company to continue importing fuel to the country.

The Minister also said that vehicles that are experiencing engine malfunctions are those that have used diesel imported by the blacklisted company.

What the heck has western countries got to do with local crooks coniving with crooks who are members of a black listed company taking the Tax payers for a ride. The minister ultimately approves the tender..so he should be responsible, knowing that he authorized a blacklisted company to supply this fuel..this minister and the entire nation is in denial of whats happening in the country

Former Chairman.. come forward and fight back !!! Funny thing is nobody including Minister or the present Chairman or any employee realized that there was a deal with a blacklisted company importing and buying them into CPC and paying for inferior product until the end users got stuck. Haven't you got any shame,Mr Minister. How many times do we have to hear these cock and bull stories when the country is at a standstill. If you have just 1 thread of shame, just take the responsibility and resign... the country has has enough of the chintanaya ( for the crooks only !!)

This Minister has the audacity to proclaim that a former chairman of the CPC was responsible for authorising the contaminated import of Petroleum products from a black listed company.What action did the Minister take against the perpetrators of this crooked deal.Was he sleeping.? This Minister and the Chairman should be kicked out forthwith and brought before a court of law and charged for maladministrati on.and possible corruption.

Former Chairman of CPC was appointed by whom? Still, Susil was the Minister during that time too. What actions would be taken against those responsible for this huge loss which was done purely to get huge commissions.
