Several people were injured in fresh clashes that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag yesterday (7th) after security forces stopped people from holding a rally amid curfew restrictions.
Last week, armed terrorists reportedly addressed three rallies in Anantnag, Kulgam and Pulwama districts.
More than 50 people have died in clashes with security forces and over 3,000 have been injured over the last four weeks.
Curfew and restrictions continued in most places in Kashmir on Sunday to contain violence and protests, leaving the Valley paralysed for the 30th consecutive day.

In the last four weeks of unrest in Kashmir 54 people have been killed in firing by security forces and over 3,000 have been injured. More than 100 people have also lost eyesight after they received pellet injuries.
